To use Advanced Mail Merge, please follow these steps.

Install the add-in before.

1. Create your data source (excel spreadsheet, Outlook, CRM etc.) for the mail merge.
2. Compose your e-mail in Microsoft Outlook - and save this as a template file in a known location. Remember you can use mail merge fields in the body and subject (<<fieldname>>).
3. Start your Microsoft Word mail merge wizard, and complete the wizard untill you are at the final step.
4. Run the advanced mail merge instead of finishing the Word mail merge, and set the options.
5. You are done and AMM will ship your e-mails from Outlook.

Hi,

I tried the above steps but the button does not becomes enabled (stays grey)
